Mr. Casuals was out tonight

May 31st, 2010

Let me remember today I was seen in three different clothing. In the morning I went jogging in my track suit, which were dark blue, also I was wearing a wrist band, for no reason apparently, and my foots were cloaked in the new adidas shoes that I bought last week. I came home and changed my appearance into a more formal one. I had some work at office today, so I wore a nice white shirt, a blue tie and a nice trouser. I am not much into designer labels, so I tend to wear anything I like. In the evening I was out with my friends in my favorite gear, which is casuals, it’s much more comfortable in casuals. A nice T-shirt to go with a rugged jeans. And I think of the three I looked the best in that.

Mourning and Celebrating Michael Jackson

May 28th, 2010

Last weekend was what would have been Michael Jackson’s 51st birthday. I searched online for any celebrations or gatherings going on in my area but there were none. So, I decided to have a birthday party for him myself. I baked a cake and gave it the fanciest decorating job I could. I am not very good with an “icing pen” so it looked like something a child may have scribbled and drawn, but it was my special message for MJ. I had balloons, streamers, confetti- the whole package. I had a few friends who are also fans over, and we listened to Michael’s music all afternoon and evening and danced and sang until we were exhausted. We took breaks from the music only to watch TV. There were many specials airing all weekend, so we watched those until the endings made us cry and we couldn’t stand it any longer. All in all, I think it was a birthday party that the King of Pop would have appreciated. The only down side was that since Saturday was the big gala, Sunday marked the “day after” and everybody’s moods turned sad. We then watched all the TV tributes that were still running this next day and cried because we realized that even though we had found a way to celebrate Michael’s life, we now had to accept that we were still in mourning.

I have a good passion towards my city you want to know which is my city I am proud to expose my city name that is PUDUCHERRY. Our city is famous for its heritage and culture it comes under the French rule once before Independence but after Independence from French in the year 1954 it had reached a new height. In our city we have a good beach and many temples. The garden is famous for its beauty and fame of hall. We view a beautified Governor palace in the heart of the city. We love our city and its passion towards culture. Lots of languages spoken people live in harmony and peace. No racial discrimination here was eventide at any juncture. Lovely theatres with AD lab facilities. We have a sandy beach to attract foreigners. The day of some local festivals would be celebrated in a great endeavor and joy we celebrate in a grand manner.

Doggy Health Insurance

May 17th, 2010

When considering a dog as a pet for the first time, many people often forget that dogs can get sick just as people can. If a person isn’t prepared for this, a devastating illness can put a huge drain on finances, as veterinary care isn’t inexpensive. Something to consider is pet insurance. Most breeds qualify for it, and not only will it help with medical expenses should your dog be hit by a car or get diagnosed with cancer, the majority of plans also help with preventative measures, such as shots, neutering, etc. Taking time to play with your dog is an important part of being a dog owner. Feeding, snacks, and walks are a daily ritual. You love your dog enough to do those things, so think ahead and give yourself peace of mind should something ever happen. Not only will it help with the costs, but it will allow you to get quality care as well.

My uneventful last week

May 17th, 2010

My last week was neither good nor bad, just an uneventful week. The kids finished up swim lessons. Swim lessons were a lot of fun for them and it seems like they learned quite a bit. Hopefully I won’t be quite the nervous wreck in the pool anymore. I worked and I was really busy at work. I recently revised my schedule so I could have more appointments and that makes me super busy. I can’t wait for November when I think I’ll be able to revert back to my prior schedule. I took a test for school and did well on it. I started working on a paper for school also. My husband and I started lessons for the kids to do. My 4yr old is definitely going to be challenged by her lessons. I walked several days and got the kids to walk some also. I’m also trying to take some time for myself to unwind a bit.

Today, my day consisted of my usual routine

May 13th, 2010

I get up and get the kids ready for school, and by that time my husband is ready for work. I cook breakfast and make his coffee see them all off. I pull orders from my website and then pull product. I package and weigh the packages, then proceed to key in, print postage, and send out the little emails thanking each customer for their order. By this time, more orders have come through, and I need to update inventory. When I get all of this done, it is time to check the email for problems with orders that customers have already gotten. Whoa, the kids are already home from school and I haven’t even gotten anything ready for dinner. I get this done, and then it’s time to take care of the animals. Come inside, wash up, and cook dinner, gets girls ready for church. Okay, now I’m really tired. I’m ready to take a shower and go to bed! Boy, I hope there are more orders tomorrow!

Spicy Salsa, Huge Burrito

Last night for dinner, I decided to try the restaurant Chipotle. Chipotle has a menu that is widely-customizable. I ordered a vegetarian burrito- which consisted of peppers, onions, lettuce, cheese, pico de gallo, and guacamole. The peppers and onions were a little undercooked, but it was still a great meal. The burrito was huge, weighing in at an estimated 2 pounds! Along with the burrito, I had Chipotle’s chips and salsa. Their chips are seasoned with lime essence, and their salsa was hot and spicy (spicy enough that I had to run to the soda fountain for extra water because the heat was so intense!)

Expressionist Dressing

There are faces all over me today! Half a dozen years ago, my friend adopted the sweetest little dog that is a quarter Chihuahua, a quarter Pug and half Dachshund; her dad came to call Lily, “The Chalupa.” This led me to find and buy a Taco Bell golf shirt with their former mascot embroidered on it, and that happens to be my top today – what a cheerful little face on a great dark green background! Then I happen to be wearing my big green wrist watch that has the silhouette of another favorite advertising icon, a little gecko from “Down Under.” My trousers are plain navy blue, but my socks are covered with smiling faces named “Jake” from the Life Is Good Company. I just hope my own face is looking as joyful as my clothing is!

The usual week, till today

May 2nd, 2010

The gone week or past 6-7 days was quite normal to me or say very usual. What is usual for me: Going to bed at 2 am night, getting up in the morning at 8 am and rushing towards office, then working almost 15-16 hrs, adding both working hrs of office and at home. So quite much boring, and above all some words from girl friend regarding a little bulge out from stomach called “FAT”. Though I love dancing but you can see I was not at all manage to get time for this and sitting 14 hrs daily and sleeping for next 4-5 hrs will definitely invite fat. But after a lot of motivation and boring week and finally strengthening my will power I decided to start dancing practice in the morning. Only a day passed and I already felt quite energetic and refresh, even after working long.
